paranormal activity

I've been looking at the trailors for the new paranormal activity movie and I'm curious to find out the facts behind the film. I've had an interest in anything strange and differnt since I was a kid so how is a concept so played out as a demonic presence in a home, garnering so much attention in films anmd society today. The fact is that demonic entities have always been entertainede in people's fears and imagination. Many people also take them into reality as part of their spiritual belief. The simple fact is that this is not a new concept and that there must be something really interesting in this film that is bringing this idea into new light. I want to do more research on the history of demonic presence in society.
